... it's better to share our experiences, problems we've faced, and things that went well or wrong for us so others can avoid the mistakes we've made or dive deep into the nice and shiny "marketing" traps around programming/technology we've dragged into.

Remember, no one is perfect, and it is okay to make mistakes or bad decisions as long as we embrace learning.
